After over 16 years of connecting people to tūpuna~ancestors, wairuatanga~spirituality and matekitetanga~intuitive insight, there is one thing I know for sure; we ALL have our own connection to wairua~spirit. It is not something that needs to be resourced from outside of us. It's an internal connection.

This modern world has disconnected us from our traditional ways of knowing, doing and being. For many of us we struggle to even slow down enough to know ourselves as wairua beings.
