Rongoā Pūngao – Energy Balance Session A space to rest, to relax, to be gentle held by the loving prescence of wairua (spirit). These sessions are individually tailored to meet your unique needs, supporting a deep reconnection with your mauri (energy) and wairua. Kylie works intuitively to listen to the subtle messages of your body, mind, emotions, and spirit, helping to release heaviness and restore balance across all levels of your being. Drawing on the wisdom of tūpuna and the teachings of tohunga from Te Whare Mārie, including karakia (prayer), oro (sound), mahi pūngao (energy work), rongoā (traditional healing), and whitiwhiti kōrero (cultural therapy), alongside contemporary holistic practices such as somatic work, trauma recovery, kinesiology, and colour therapy, each session is personalized to support your wellbeing, restore energy flow, and nurture your overall sense of harmony. A 25% deposit is needed to secure your booking, please note this deposit is non-refundable if cancellation of booking occurs within 48hours of appointment.
