Kaitiakitanga (Cultural Supervision)
Supporting those who care for others to care for themselves.
Service Description
Sometimes we just need a safe, grounded space to land and share what’s on our mind when life or mahi feels heavy. A space where we’re heard without judgement, and gently guided back to our own answers Through monthly 1:1 sessions, Kaitiakitanga supports those working in health, education and social services to tend to their own wellbeing through the practice of whitiwhiti kōrero (cultural therapy). This is a space where the weight of the mahi, both cultural and clinical, personal and professional, can be held with care. So you can continue to walk in your role with steadiness, clarity and integrity. Kylie takes a limited number of Kaitiakitanga clients at one time. If you are interested in working with her please get in touch and we can see if this service is right for you and the needs of the organization you serve.
